Continental Structural Plastics (CSP), the global leader in highly-engineered, composite vehicle components, has acquired the assets of the stamping operations of AMI Stamping, including a 90,000 square-foot headquarters and manufacturing facility in Manchester, Michigan.
With the acquisition, CSP further strengthened its vertically integrated capabilities, and can now produce a broad range of precision stamped metal parts including clips, hinges, and fasteners. With stamping presses ranging from 32 to 600 tons, our company is capable of handling just about every type of small to medium metal stamping manufacturing project using a variety of stamping processes and equipment.
