To help attract candidates, the company has increased its starting hourly wage to $16.
CSP is the global leader in the formulation of advanced composites, and the design and manufacturing of components that enable its customers to build lighter, stronger, more energy-efficient vehicles. The company’s production associates are essential for molding and assembling these components, which are found on vehicles such as the Chevrolet Corvette and the Honda Ridgeline.
Responsibilities of the Production Associate Positions:
- Operation of machinery, including molding presses and power tools
Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours or more
- Ability to follow instructions with acute attention to detail
- Must be able to work overtime when required
- Ability to use hand or power tools (preferred)
